Pada INACBG versi 5 ICD yang digunakan adalah versi tahun 2010. Oleh karena itu perlu kita ketahui beberapa perubahan pada ICD versi tahun 2010 ini dibandingakan dengan versi sebelumnya. Beberapa kode ICD yang berubah pada versi tahun 2010 dibandingkan dengan versi tahun 2007. Beberapa kode ICD yang baru di versi tahun 2010 antara lain sebagai berikut :
